From Market Research to Strategic Expansion

ROCA Industry, a Romanian investment platform focused on building materials, approached the Romania Dubai Business Council with the vision of expanding into the UAE market. Over the course of six months, we collaborated closely to evaluate local opportunities, conduct market research, and map out a feasible expansion strategy. As a result of our ongoing support, ROCA Industry is now in active discussions with the Dubai Business Chamber and several key industry stakeholders to co-develop a large-scale industrial park in the UAE, marking a major milestone in their international growth journey.

Bridging Capital from GCC to CEE

RDBC played a key role in the early stages, facilitating market exploration, coordinating a pre-feasibility study, and providing strategic guidance that led to the launch of Ajyad’s flagship product: a cross-border venture builder. Unlike ROCA Industry, which is focused on expanding Romanian industrial capacity into the UAE, Ajyad is designed to channel Gulf capital into high-growth projects across Romania and the wider CEE region. The venture builder is jointly held by UAE-based and Romanian stakeholders, with a focus on bilateral investments in sectors such as industrials, tech, and energy. With the first investment already underway, Ajyad stands as a blueprint for smart capital deployment and international collaboration driven by RDBC’s deep-rooted regional knowledge and connections.

Prime Trust Construction was born from the powerful synergy of leaders brought together through the Romania Dubai Business Council and launched with the vision of building the biggest construction company in the UAE.
